Moving around was part of life growing up in a military family, so I know firsthand how stressful relocating can be. That’s why I love helping people navigate the real estate process—turning what can be a challenging experience into a seamless one.

Since 2001, I’ve built my business on relationships, with 95% of my clients coming from referrals. My focus is simple: work with integrity, keep learning, exceed expectations, and give back to the community. With a great support team behind me, I’m here to guide, educate, and be with you every step of the way.

What areas do you serve?

  • We serve the greater Albuquerque metropolitan area, including Rio Rancho, Placitas, East Mountains, Los Lunas and Belen.

What is your experience in the real estate industry?

  • Red Apple Realty has been in the real estate industry for over 23 years and has helped countless clients buy and sell their properties.

Do you offer virtual tours of properties?

  • Yes, we offer virtual tours of properties for clients who are unable to visit in person. Contact us for more information and to schedule a virtual tour.

Should we do anything to our property to get the best price?

  • Yes, making sure your property looks its best before listing can increase its value. We’ll walk through your home with you and suggest improvements or repairs that can boost marketability and resale value. We can also help you find professionals to do the work if needed.

Will you be present at showings?

  • That’s up to you. Homes on lockboxes are shown more often because buyers prefer to view properties with their own brokers and can do so on short notice. This can help get more buyers through the door, increasing your chances of a sale. We can discuss your options when we meet.

What if another broker says they can get us more for the property?

  • Some brokers might promise a higher price to win your business, but overpricing can backfire. If your home is overpriced, it may not sell, and the broker may ask for a price reduction later. I’ll provide a detailed market analysis and recommend a realistic price to attract the right buyers and get you the best offer.

As the homeowner, do we have any responsibilities during the marketing of our property?

  • Yes, your main job is to keep your home clean and ready for showings. Staging is key, things like furniture arrangement and even home fragrance can make a big difference. I’ll give you tips to maximize your home’s appeal.

What happens once we get an offer?

  • I’ll help you review and negotiate the offer. Once you accept, I’ll guide you through the process, from inspections to closing. I’ll be there every step of the way to ensure everything goes smoothly, and I’ll remain a resource for you even after the sale.

How will you tell me about the newest homes available?

  • The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) provides up to the minute information for every home on the market. I am continually notified  when new properties are added. When I see a property listing that meets many of your requirements, I will forward that listing to you in the most convenient way for you (typically by phone or email).

Will you inform me of homes from all real estate companies or only Red Apple Realty listings?

  • I will keep you informed of all homes on the market. I want to help you find your dream home, which means I stay on top of every home that’s available.

Can you help me find new construction homes?

  • Yes, I work with builders all the time. If you find a development you like and decide to tour the models, please be sure to let the builder know that you have representation through me.

Can we go back through the home again after the offer is accepted, before possession?

  • Yes we can. I am happy to coordinate a showing time that works for both you and the seller.
